I have been spouting on of late about my love of trays. Many people look at them as if they are solely for the purpose of carrying things or presenting a selection of cheeses on. But what people don’t always realise is that they also work wonders on a chaotic coffee table or sideboard. They help add a focal point, allowing you to bring together your collection of treasures, providing a surface to group and anchor them on. Without them things just appear to float. With them the area seems happier, more grounded. Ok perhaps I am a little obsessed but just try it. It’s all about the little things making big differences in your home.
