A fresh new renovation doesn’t always mean a stack of new things as often by the end of the project the wallet is wearing thin. What it can mean is working with what one has to add character to the space. And in this case it had to be the kitchen table which had seen its fair share of family dinners, drinks and spills. With a quick sand and wax we took it from downright shabby to a table with a renewed loveliness to it. Of course the new linen pendant helped add to the warmth and the rug created a lovely focal point in this relatively small dining area.
