I feel lucky in my job to work with the most amazing clients who trust in what I do. In this case we were transforming a space that had sat unused to a place that felt welcoming and homely. A home that could be popped onto the short term rental market ideally. The home had good bones so really we just needed to add some character and a sense of calm. Create a place to retreat to. Add into the mix fresh artwork, some gorgeous textural cushions, pops of beautiful fabrics in the bedrooms and a sense of cosiness through lamps and rugs and the end result is a charming small rental that by all accounts is a winner with the guests. And the client of course. And to be fair I wouldn’t mind staying there myself, a wee get away from life.
